The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It is close to all the sights, including the Cathedral, making it convenient for exploring. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, allowing for easy access to dining and shopping options. Additionally, the room is spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the interesting street. The bathroom is nice, with a large shower and impeccable hygiene management. The hotel also provides coffee and tea in the room, as well as a delicious breakfast with a variety of options.
One aspect that could be improved is the kitchen, as it does not have enough space for cooking and storing appliances such as a kettle or coffee machine.

The guestrooms at Suites Casa Cuesta del Agua are super cozy and comfortable. The 24-hour room service and laptop-friendly workspaces are a big plus, especially for someone like me who likes to work late into the night. The free WiFi and air conditioning make it even better!
Honestly, the only thing I didn't love was the hot tub/shower combo in the bathroom. It wasn't really my cup of tea.

We had a fantastic time staying at this charming hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Our apartment was excellent and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and quickly resolved any issues we had. The shower had amazing water pressure, and despite a small cleanliness concern, it didn't affect our overall experience. The hotel had a unique Andalucian style, with beautiful courtyards and balconies. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of food. a fabulous place full of character and Spanish charm.
Can recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for us young party-goers, with easy access to the city's nightlife scene. The staff knew all the hotspots and gave us amazing recommendations. Plus, they had a ski pass sales point for those who wanted to hit the slopes during the day. It was the ultimate combination of partying and adventure!
The only thing missing was a dedicated party area within the hotel. It would have been epic if they had a rooftop terrace or a bar where we could hang out and have pre-drinks before hitting the town.

The view from the furnished terrace was absolutely breathtaking, with the Alhambra standing majestically in the distance. It felt like I was in a painting, surrounded by the beauty of Granada.
Difficulties with luggage drop-off due to cobblestone streets.

I absolutely loved the rustic and charming decoration of the hotel. The wooden ceiling beams and the exposed beams on the ceiling gave it a cozy and traditional feel. The general areas, such as the lovely patios and private terrace, were wonderful places to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The location was great, with only a 7-minute walk to the cathedral and airport bus stop. It was also a manageable 15-minute walk to the Alhambra. Being in the picturesque Albaicin quarter added to the overall charm of the hotel.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working at the hotel to be more attentive and helpful. Especially the receptionist, who seemed incredibly lazy and unprofessional.
